Marketing and Outreach

My goal is to effectively advertise each o my HUD and REO properties so that all interested buyers prospects are aware of the property and will be compelled to view the property before making a purchase decision.

I utilize a combination of advertising and media that results in maximum exposure of each property on a local and national level.  All properties are advertised until they close.  Below is a brief summary of how and where I advertise my REO Listings

AT The Property

  • Real estate for sale sign
  • Full black or color brochure
  • FHA and FHA 203K mortgage info
  • Brokers Tour
  • Open House
  • Posted flyers
  • Other real estate offices and word of mouth
  • Personally deliver a “new listing” postcard to neighbors

Internet

In addition to the advertising above. I tract all prospect inquires and return all calls before the close of business each day. My Assistant makes a follow up call with 24 hours if the prospect has not set up showing.
